Godot Consulting Group is seeking a National Commercial Underwriting Counsel/Underwriter to advise clients on title insurance and underwriting for complex commercial real estate transactions. You will review title reports, surveys, and related documents to identify issues and collaborate with internal and external partners to craft solutions.

The role requires 5+ years in title insurance underwriting with strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.

Qualificações

• 5+ years of experience specifically in commercial real estate and title insurance underwriting.
• Strong knowledge of title insurance products and the underwriting process.
• Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple stakeholders.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
• Familiarity with industry standards and legal regulations surrounding title insurance.
• Proficient in relevant software and Microsoft Office applications.
