The role emphasizes collaboration with Benefits teams, producers, and clients, delivering data-driven insights and reporting that informs underwriting evaluations, renewals, and strategic decisions.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of analytics and underwriting support experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• Strong analytical, critical thinking, and consulting skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook.
• Ability to communicate complex data to technical and non-technical audiences.

Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and interpret underwriting, claims, financial, and benefits data to support client strategy and decision-making.
• Evaluate underwriting data and develop recommendations to support carrier pricing, negotiations, and funding analyses.
• Deliver data-driven insights that help clients understand risks, trends, opportunities, and program performance.
• Provide analytical support for renewals, presentations, prospecting, and business development initiatives.
• Create reports, dashboards, financial exhibits, and presentations that communicate complex information clearly and effectively.
• Develop and maintain analytics methodologies, reporting standards, and best practices.
• Utilize analytics tools to enhance client outcomes and operational effectiveness.
• Analyze trends, benchmarking data, and financial metrics to identify optimization opportunities.
• Recommend and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency, reporting accuracy, and service delivery.
• Collaborate with Senior Analytic Consultants, Producers, Account Teams, carriers, and internal stakeholders to support client objectives.
