Job summary

Insurance Office of America seeks a National Analytic Consultant – Employee Benefits to lead analytics across underwriting, claims, and financial data. Remote in ETZ/Florida, with national scope; 5–7 years experience preferred.

You will partner with Benefits teams and Producers to deliver data-driven insights for underwriting, renewals, and strategy, while advancing reporting and BI capabilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• Knowledge of underwriting and funding arrangements.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and client-facing abilities.
• Proficiency with MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Lead data analytics activities across underwriting, claims, and financial data.
• Support underwriting evaluations and funding analyses with data-driven insights.
• Deliver client-ready reports, dashboards, and financial exhibits.
• Collaborate with Producers, Benefits teams, and Account Teams.
• Develop analytics methodologies and best practices to improve results.
• Evaluate analytics tools and technologies to enhance outcomes.
• Communicate findings clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Support renewals and business development through analytical insights.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards.
