Insurance Office of America (IOA) seeks a National Analytic Consultant for Employee Benefits. This remote role primarily serves the Eastern Time Zone and Florida, with on-site as needed, supporting data analytics, underwriting evaluations, renewals, and client decision-making across the nation.

You will partner with senior consultants, producers, and benefits teams to deliver insights, build dashboards, and guide strategic pricing and funding analyses.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with data-driven insights.
• Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills; customer service oriented.

Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and interpret underwriting, claims, financial, and benefits data to support client strategy and decision-making.
• Evaluate underwriting data and develop recommendations for carrier pricing, negotiations, and funding analyses.
• Deliver data-driven insights to help clients understand risks, trends, opportunities, and program performance.
• Provide analytical support for renewals, presentations, prospecting, and business development initiatives.
• Create reports, dashboards, financial exhibits, and presentations communicating complex information clearly.
• Develop analytics methodologies, reporting standards, and best practices to improve consistency and results.
