• Lead business development efforts for industrial demolition projects nationwide.
• Develop and maintain relationships with asset owners, developers, EPC firms, general contractors, public agencies, and industry partners.
• Prepare and deliver compelling proposals, presentations, and interviews; align pursuit strategies with client needs with estimating, preconstruction, and technical teams.
• Support pricing strategy development and assess project risk with operations leadership to position for long-term programmatic work.
• Represent the organization at industry events, conferences, and client meetings to strengthen brand presence.

Educación
