Job summary

R. Baker & Son All Industrial Services Inc is seeking a seasoned Demolition Site Supervisor to lead industrial dismantling, rigging, and demolition projects across the U.S., Canada, and Puerto Rico.

Based in Marlboro, NJ, you will coordinate crews, manage on-site tasks, and work with senior management to meet milestones. The ideal candidate has 15+ years of construction-related experience, strong leadership, and proficiency with Procore or similar CM software.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of construction-related experience with demolition and rigging preferred.
• Ability to lead diverse on-site teams and motivate staff.
• Authorized to work in the United States (US citizen or green card).

Responsibilities

• Coordinate crews for on-site industrial dismantling, rigging, and demolition.
• Lead both union and non-union teams to meet milestones.
• Collaborate with senior management to align goals and schedules.
• Assist with estimating, bidding, and submitting change orders with material/labor calculations.
• Travel primarily in the Tri-State area; possible national and international project sites.
• Ensure safety, company policies, and client requirements are followed.
• Build and maintain relationships with staff, customers, and agencies.
