Job summary

Sandvik, a global high-tech engineering group, is seeking a Business Development Manager to expand our Demolition & Recycling attachments presence in North America. You will identify dealers and customers, cultivate long-lasting relationships, and communicate with high-profile clients.

The role reports to the North America Sales & Distribution Manager and requires strategic sales experience. You will travel extensively to client sites, work with cross-functional teams on customized solutions,

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of the Demolition & Recycling industry, equipment, and technologies.
• Experience in sales, account management, or business development in the demolition/recycling sector.
• Excellent listening, communication and interpersonal skills with ability to build rapport and negotiate.
• Ability to identify customer needs and provide solutions that drive long-term growth.
• Willingness to travel extensively to customer and dealer sites.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customers and partners supporting demolition and recycling sectors.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the customer base and market share.
• Provide technical guidance by coordinating with the technical team to support customers.
• Develop a solid distribution network to expand footprint in Demolition & Recycling.
• Collaborate with internal teams to create customized solutions meeting customer requirements.
• Conduct regular site visits to understand operations and provide on-site support.
