Qualifications

• High School diploma required or equivalent.
• Indirect Auto Lending or related field experience, preferred
• Previous Customer experience required.
• Must be able to effectively work with outside customers to resolve issues consistent with 5/3 guidelines, policies, and programs.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain volume levels exceeding assigned objectives.
• Maximize penetration in dealer groups through performance tracking of applications, approvals, bookings, and submissions.
• Identify and close strategic dealer groups to expand market presence.
• Serve as liaison between dealer groups and Fifth Third departments.
• Train dealership personnel and assist in new acquisition paperwork and strategic direction.
• Mentor Indirect Dealer Development Reps alongside Regional Sales Manager.
• Provide competitive intelligence and pricing strategy to senior leadership.
• Establish and maintain relationships with national, regional, and commercial dealer personnel via calls and travel.
