AbbVie seeks an Associate Director, National Business Manager - Area Access. This remote role, with up to 50% domestic travel, supports Area Access and trade teams by driving strategic planning, coordination across Market Access, Payer Strategy, and cross-portfolio initiatives to ensure alignment and impact.

Candidate will translate priorities into organized action, build scalable planning processes, and partner with headquarters and field teams to maximize customer engagement and business

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required; MBA or Master’s Degree preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in Market Access, Account Management, Sales Leadership, Commercial Operations, Strategic Planning, or related function.
• Track record leading cross-functional initiatives from planning through execution.
• Experience working across matrixed organizations and influencing without direct authority.
• Demonstrated project management, planning, and organizational effectiveness experience.

Responsabilités

• Support development and execution of annual account planning and strategic planning processes.
• Establish planning frameworks and tools that enable consistent account planning across Area Access, channel management and trade.
• Coordinate strategic planning milestones, follow-up actions, and deliverables across multiple teams.
• Ensure strategic priorities are translated into actionable plans with clear ownership and accountability.
