Job summary

AbbVie is seeking a Senior National Business Manager for Area Access. This remote role supports strategic planning, cross-functional coordination, and execution excellence with up to 50% travel across the U.S.

You will partner with Account Directors, Payer Strategy, and Finance to translate priorities into actionable plans, streamline processes, and improve visibility and results across therapeutic areas.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; MBA or Master’s preferred.
• Minimum 5 years in Market Access, Account Management, or related areas.
• Experience in pharma industry and cross-functional leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic planning and execution for Area Access across multiple teams.
• Coordinate account planning, customer engagement, and Summit follow-through.
• Develop and implement planning tools and processes to improve coordination.
• Drive accountability and timely delivery of cross-functional initiatives.
