The role partners with senior consultants, producers, and account teams to drive decisions and growth. The position emphasizes data‑driven solutions, technology utilization, and process improvements to enhance performance and client outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in business, finance, economics, statistics or related field.
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving capabilities.
• Experience applying data insights to underwriting, pricing, and client decisions.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support IOA Benefits Group data analytics activities at a national scale.
• Provide data-driven insights to support underwriting evaluations, renewal negotiations, funding analyses, and client decisions.
• Develop reports, dashboards, and presentations to clearly communicate complex information to clients and internal stakeholders.
• Collaborate with the senior analytic consultant, producers, and benefits teams to drive business growth and improve client outcomes.
• Identify and implement analytics process improvements and best practices to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
