Job summary

Hunter Fan Company seeks a National Account Sales Manager for Menards (Midwest/Remote). You will develop account strategies, lead national programs, and drive revenue growth across Menards channels to strengthen market presence.

With 5+ years in professional sales or marketing, preferably with national accounts in home improvement, you will forecast sales, negotiate terms, and collaborate with Marketing and Channel teams. Some travel will be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (BA or BS) required; MBA preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of professional sales or marketing experience, preferably with national accounts in the home improvement industry.
• Experience managing national accounts in eCommerce or Pro channels within the home improvement industry is highly desirable.
• Proven track record of successfully managing large, complex national accounts.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement an effective account strategy for Menards channels.
• Lead national and regional sales programs to grow product placement and revenue.
• Forecast sales and manage pricing, terms, and contracts with customers.
• Collaborate with Marketing and Channel to coordinate product initiatives and training.
