Qualifications

7+ years in sales or national account management with large retail customers such as Menards.
Background in building products or durable goods categories.
Understanding of retail merchandising, customer planning processes, and retail environment.

Responsibilities

Own revenue, share, and profitability for Menards; lead growth and strategy.
Lead line reviews and shape account strategy to win reviews.
Manage forecasting process and forecast accuracy.
Lead joint business planning with Menards and translate goals into results.
Build trusted relationships with Menards merchants and decision-makers.
