Hikma Pharmaceuticals USA Inc. is seeking a Corporate Account Manager to support the National Accounts team and oversee U.S. product portfolio operations.

The role acts as a liaison among Trade Operations, Finance, Supply Chain, Pricing, Customer Service, and Distribution to ensure seamless execution of customer activities. The candidate will manage internal opportunity processes, coordinate pricing and contracts, and drive timely customer feedback while supporting special projects and process

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational and project management abilities.
• Experience with cross-functional execution in pharma or healthcare distribution is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary operational support partner for the National Accounts team and the U.S. product portfolio.
• Coordinate cross-functionally with Pricing, Portfolio, Contracts, and Trade Operations teams to provide timely feedback.
• Manage external execution of operational initiatives with customer base and support year-end buys and stocking efforts.
• Support customer compliance and market-share initiatives through internal coordination and tracking.
• Identify and lead process-improvement opportunities to enhance customer service and efficiency.
