This role acts as a key liaison between customers, Sales, Supply Chain, Pricing and Distribution to ensure superior customer experiences and seamless order-to-cash execution. The ideal candidate will manage customer accounts, sales order operations, and customer-facing activities while identifying opportunities to improve service levels, operational efficiency,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Operations or related field required or preferred.
• Experience in Trade Operations, Customer Operations, Order Management, or related function.
• Familiarity with SAP or ERP systems and EDI transactions is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a trusted contact for customers and internal partners to ensure service excellence.
• Manage end-to-end order processing, validation, fulfillment, and issue resolution.
• Monitor order lifecycle and coordinate with Supply Chain and Distribution teams.
• Provide operational and analytical support to Trade Operations leadership.
• Support customer reviews, performance reporting, and process improvements.
