Hikma Pharmaceuticals USA Inc. is seeking a Corporate Account Manager to support the National Accounts team and manage the U.S. product portfolio.

You will ensure seamless internal execution of customer-related activities and coordinate with Trade Operations, Finance, Supply Chain, Pricing, and Distribution to drive operational excellence. The role emphasizes process execution, opportunity management, and strong cross-functional collaboration to improve customer satisfaction and revenue

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Finance, Marketing, or related field.
• 3–7 years of experience in pharmaceutical, healthcare, distribution, customer operations, or related functions.
• Experience managing commercial workflows and cross-functional execution within the pharmaceutical industry.
• Working knowledge of wholesalers, distributors, and supply chain dynamics.
• Proficiency with Excel, PowerPoint, and business tools.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary operational support partner for the National Accounts team and the U.S. product portfolio.
• Administer internal opportunity management processes and track status.
• Coordinate cross-functionally with Pricing, Portfolio, Contracts, and Trade Operations teams.
• Support external execution of operational initiatives with customers (e.g., year-end buys).
• Identify and lead process-improvement opportunities to enhance customer service.
