Job summary

Hikma Pharmaceuticals USA Inc. is seeking a Generalist in the People team to handle HR functions for an assigned client group. You will support recruiting, employee relations, training, compensation, and benefits, ensuring legal compliance and high ethical standards.

You will serve as a primary contact for employees, manage data accuracy, and participate in continuous improvement initiatives while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field with related experience.
• Familiarity with HR policies and procedures.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Experience with HR systems such as SAP, Kronos, ADP is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end recruitment for assigned roles and partner with hiring managers.
• Lead new hire orientation and recognition programs.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws.
• Maintain accurate and confidential employee records.
• Address employee concerns and advise on HR policies.
