Job summary

Baker Roofing Company is seeking an Account Manager for National Accounts to own the full customer relationship from start to finish. This role requires a proactive self-starter who delivers accuracy, takes initiative, and thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume environment where priorities shift quickly.

Qualifications

• Minimum high school graduate; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 2-5+ years of Account Management experience and/or B2B Customer Service experience.
• Driver’s License required.

Responsibilities

• Own the customer relationship through day-to-day management—no task in the account lifecycle is someone else’s job.
• Monitor and analyze customer needs in the CRM to identify opportunities for new business and cross-selling.
• Develop and execute account strategies to achieve revenue growth and customer satisfaction.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for communications and escalation resolution.
• Monitor accounts receivable and follow up on outstanding items.
