Job summary

Baker Roofing Company is seeking an Account Manager for National Accounts to own the full customer relationship from initial contact to project completion. You will work closely with the Director of National Accounts and the account management team to drive satisfaction and revenue growth.

This hybrid role offers flexible work arrangements with an office in the Cary area, and requires proactive, detail-oriented coordination across multiple accounts.

Qualifications

• Minimum high school graduate; a bachelor's degree is preferred.
• 2–5+ years of Account Management or B2B customer service experience.
• Driver's license required.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce) desirable.

Responsibilities

• Own the customer relationship from day-to-day account lifecycle.
• Monitor needs in the CRM and identify cross-sell opportunities.
• Develop account strategies to grow revenue and satisfaction.
• Serve as primary contact for communications and escalation.
• Coordinate between company and clients for timely deliveries.
• Lead quarterly/annual account reviews with data.
• Manage accounts receivable and follow up on outstanding items.
• Support onboarding of new customers.
