Baker Roofing Company in Cary, NC is seeking an Account Manager for National Accounts to own the full customer relationship from onboarding to payment. You will coordinate with internal teams, manage day-to-day requests, and drive customer satisfaction, retention and revenue growth.

Qualifications

• Minimum high school graduate; bachelor's degree preferred.
• 2-5+ years of Account Management or B2B Customer Service experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Salesforce.

Responsibilities

• Own the customer relationship through day-to-day management within the account lifecycle.
• Monitor and analyze customer needs in the CRM to identify opportunities for new business and cross-sell.
• Develop and execute account strategies to achieve revenue growth and customer satisfaction goals.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for customer communications and escalation resolution.
• Ensure timely delivery of each request and maintain proactive customer touchpoints.
• Assist in onboarding of new customers and smooth handoffs.
