You will collaborate with the Director of National Accounts and the broader team to ensure timely delivery and satisfaction across a book of business, with hybrid work options and a main office at Regency Parkway.

Qualifications

• Minimum high school graduate; bachelor's degree preferred.
• 2–5+ years of Account Management or B2B Customer Service experience.
• Driver's license required.

Responsibilities

• Own the customer relationship from day-to-day management across the account lifecycle.
• Identify opportunities for new business and cross-selling based on CRM data.
• Develop and execute account strategies to achieve revenue growth and customer satisfaction.
• Serve as primary contact for client communications and escalation resolution.
