Qualifications

• 3 to 7 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, or Account Management within facilities or property services.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities nationally.
• Build relationships with facility directors and procurement professionals.
• Lead RFP and RFQ processes and convert opportunities into recurring service contracts.
• Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting through contract execution.
• Represent the company at industry events, trade shows and conferences as needed.
• Develop and expand strategic relationships within the industry.
