Radiometer, a Danaher operating company, is seeking a Director of National Accounts to lead growth and performance across IDNs. You will manage a team of Health System Executives, drive account strategies, and partner with cross-functional teams to deliver sustained commercial results.

You will coach on contract negotiations, healthcare economics, and account planning, while guiding talent development and succession planning. Remote work is supported in the U.S.

Qualifikationen

• Experience selling healthcare, medical device, diagnostic, or related solutions to complex health system customers.
• 5+ years of leadership experience managing high-performing sales teams.
• Proven track record of driving sales growth, market share, and customer retention.
• Experience negotiating complex contracts with IDNs, GPOs, or large health systems.
• Experience developing growth plans using market, competitive, and customer insights.

Aufgaben

• Lead and inspire Health System Executives to achieve revenue, profitability, and growth across IDNs.
• Develop and execute the National Accounts growth strategy with aligned account plans and priorities.
• Coach on account planning, healthcare economics, and contract negotiations; guide growth strategies.
• Drive funnel management and DBS-based execution to hit targets.
• Collaborate with Regional Sales Managers and cross-functional teams to align national and regional plans.
• Gather market intelligence and customer insights to identify opportunities and strengthen partnerships.
• Attract, develop, and retain top talent through coaching and development of leaders.
