The Vita Coco Company is seeking a National Accounts Manager for the Convenience Channel to lead joint business plans with major U.S. retailers, increasing distribution and profitability.

This remote-based role (Dallas, TX preferred) reports to the Senior Director of Sales and requires building HQ relationships, coordinating with distributors, and delivering the annual plan.

You will manage strategies, programs, reviews, and cross-functional collaboration to win new opportunities.

Competenze

• Seasoned CPG sales experience with demonstrated volume growth.
• HQ level customer relationship development with retailers.
• Strong presentation and communication skills with senior leaders, retailers, and distributors.
• Ability to negotiate and influence internal and external stakeholders.
• Analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving abilities.
• Bachelor's degree or business-related field preferred.

Mansioni

• Define and implement strategies to achieve distribution within Convenience Channel National Accounts.
• Establish and grow retailer HQ relationships and execute joint-business priorities.
• Create and manage win/win programs with Retailer & RTM partners.
• Collaborate with Category Management, Finance, Sales Ops, and Marketing.
• Perform regular performance reviews, promotions, and planograms with retailers.
• Forecast, budget, and track revenues and costs to deliver the annual plan.
