Job summary

SafeStreets USA is seeking a National Accounts Implementation Manager to lead end-to-end national account installation projects. You will drive scoping, scheduling, and delivery, coordinating Sales, Design & Engineering, and Field Ops to ensure on-time, on-spec installations.

The roleRequires strong project management experience, cross-functional collaboration, and a drive to optimize processes while maintaining data integrity in CRM systems.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of project management, installation operations, or fulfillment/field coordination.
• PMP, CAPM, or equivalent certification preferred but not required.
• Valid driver’s license; willingness to travel up to 15%.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary implementation lead for national account installation projects from contract to completion.
• Coordinate and lead the mandatory pre-install Kickoff Call with cross-functional teams.
• Build and maintain multi-account project schedules and timelines.
• Act as the main contact for subcontractors and field technicians throughout install lifecycles.
• Track install volume, SLA performance, and milestones for leadership reporting.
• Document SOPs and identify opportunities to automate manual workflows.
