Job summary

SafeStreets USA is seeking an National Accounts Implementation Manager to oversee end-to-end installation projects for national accounts from contract through completion. You will lead the cross-functional team across Sales, Design & Engineering, and Field Ops, coordinating kickoff calls, timelines, and site requirements.

You will maintain schedules, manage subcontractors and field technicians, monitor SLAs and milestones, and drive process improvements to scale operations.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in project management, installation operations, or fulfillment/field coordination.
• Experience coordinating national or multi-site account installations.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration and communication with Sales, Design & Engineering, and Field Ops.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred; equivalent education/experience considered; PMP/CAPM certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead national account installation projects from contract signature to final customer sign-off.
• Coordinate mandatory pre-install Kickoff Call with all stakeholders.
• Create and maintain multi-account project schedules; resolve scheduling conflicts and equipment gaps.
• Act as primary contact for subcontractors and field technicians; escalate issues per chain of command.
• Track install volume, SLA performance, and milestones; surface at-risk projects early.
• Collaborate with Design & Engineering and Field Ops to improve install/fulfillment processes; document SOPs and automate workflows.
• Maintain up-to-date project records in CRM/project tracking systems for payroll, commissions, and reporting.
• Demonstrate strong project management, organization, and cross-functional communication; ensure on-time installs and SLA adherence.
