Qualifications
- 5+ years in field service delivery, installation networks or workforce operations.
- Proven track record of managing or developing large third‑party installer networks.
- Strong vendor management, commercial terms and SLA experience.
Responsibilities
- Lead national field installation operations across the US.
- Manage and optimise a nationwide network of third‑party installation partners and technicians.
- Oversee vendor contracts, rate cards and service level agreements; drive cost efficiency.
- Coordinate installation schedules, technician allocation and job dispatch to meet deadlines.
- Monitor installation quality, SLA compliance and customer satisfaction; act as escalation point for delivery issues.
- Identify opportunities to improve margins and deploy scalable delivery models.
