Job summary

Equipto LLC is seeking an experienced Installation Delivery Manager to lead nationwide installation programs from estimate through sign-off. You will staff self-performing DOC Services crews and trusted subcontractors, ensure on-time completion, and maintain clear customer communication.

You will own the installation schedule, manage quotes, and drive FAT/testing, ensuring safety compliance and accurate reporting across programs with regional and national scope.

Qualifications

• Must have leadership experience in installation/project operations.
• Experience building installation estimates and quotes.
• Strong reading of installation drawings and specs.
• Proven ability to manage multiple sites and crews.

Responsibilities

• Own installation delivery across national programs and projects.
• Survey, estimate, and quote installation work with margin protection.
• Lead multi-site product installation programs and coordinate crews.
• Direct installation coordinators and manage contractor relationships.
• Confirm readiness with production, logistics, and customers.
• Drive commissioning, testing, and closeout to standards.
• Control costs, invoicing, and change orders with reporting.
• Enforce safety, credentialing, and compliance for onsite personnel.
• Serve as customer and site contact and lead project reviews.
