Job summary

InvestX Capital Ltd. is seeking a National Accounts Associate to drive growth of its U.S. Broker Dealer distribution channel. You will build the top of the funnel, identify decision-makers, and secure meetings with wealth management firms across the U.S.

This role requires a hunter mentality, resilience, and strong CRM discipline. Remote or hybrid options in New York are available, with travel to Canada as needed.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of sales or distribution experience within wealth management, asset management, financial services, or alternative investments.
• Proven success in outbound prospecting, cold calling, and generating qualified sales opportunities.
• Strong communication skills engaging senior investment and wealth management professionals.
• Self-directed and comfortable operating in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
• Willingness to travel between the US and Canada.

Responsibilities

• Prospect & Build Pipeline: conduct high-volume outbound prospecting into targeted Broker Dealers and wealth management firms across the U.S.
• Support National Accounts: coordinate with the National Accounts Lead and prep materials for meetings and follow-ups.
• Develop Market Intelligence: monitor broker-dealer landscape and identify new firms and opportunities.
