InvestX Capital is seeking a Director, RIA Business Development to expand its Registered Investment Advisor distribution across the U.S. This role emphasizes prospecting, outbound outreach, and turning conversations into qualified meetings and opportunities.

You will work with the Head of RIA Business Development to build the top of the sales funnel, targeting independent wealth management firms, and expanding InvestX's reach. A true hunter mindset and persistence are essential.

Qualifikationen

• 3–5+ years of sales, business development, wholesaling, lead generation, or distribution experience in wealth management or asset management.
• Proven success with outbound prospecting and generating qualified opportunities.
• Comfortable prospecting and speaking with new contacts daily.
• Hunter mentality with ability to build relationships from scratch.

Aufgaben

• Conduct high-volume outbound prospecting into RIAs across the U.S.
• Cold call, email, and leverage LinkedIn to initiate relationships.
• Identify key decision-makers and secure introductory meetings.
• Maintain a strong pipeline of prospective RIA relationships.
• Track activity, contacts, opportunities, and next steps in Salesforce.
• Collaborate with senior sales leadership to move opportunities forward.
• Represent InvestX at industry events and advisor meetings.
