Job summary

InvestX Capital Ltd. is hiring a Director, RIA Business Development to expand the firm's U.S. RIA distribution. The role focuses on prospecting RIAs, outbound outreach, and turning conversations into qualified meetings.

Working with the Head of RIA BD, you will build the top of the sales funnel, manage relationships, and help move opportunities through due diligence and approval. Travel between the US and Canada may be required.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of sales/business development in wealth management or asset management.
• Proven success with outbound prospecting and generating qualified opportunities.
• Strong communication with financial advisors and senior investment professionals.

Responsibilities

• Prospect RIAs across the U.S. and generate new opportunities.
• Maintain a strong sales pipeline and CRM records.
• Collaborate with Head of RIA BD and cross-functional teams.
• Travel as needed between the US and Canada.
• Represent InvestX at conferences and advisor meetings.
