Qualifications

• Field sales experience in a consultative selling environment.
• Experience selling services, software, subscriptions, or other solution-based offerings.
• Knowledge of Transportation, Environmental Health & Safety (EHS), or regulatory compliance industries preferred.

Responsibilities

• Grow and develop a portfolio of national accounts through strategic relationship management and solution-based selling.
• Partner with Inside Sales Representatives to identify opportunities and expand customer relationships.
• Consult with decision-makers to understand business challenges and tailor solutions.
• Negotiate pricing, contracts, terms, and supply agreements for mutually beneficial outcomes.
• Manage the full sales cycle from opportunity identification through implementation and adoption.
• Identify and engage new stakeholders and decision-makers within existing customer organizations.
• Coordinate customer meetings, presentations, and onsite visits to strengthen partnerships.
• Serve as a trusted advisor helping clients navigate evolving safety and compliance requirements.
• Deliver exceptional customer experience by resolving issues and ensuring success.
• Maintain accurate sales activity and customer information.
