Keller Executive Search is seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead the West Region sales team in a remote, field-based role. You will travel extensively, coach a team of Sales Executives, and drive profitable growth across the western United States.

The role requires 8–12 years of sales experience with 3–5 years in leadership, a track record in premium or luxury categories, and strong stakeholder management and negotiation skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field.
• 8–12 years total sales experience with 3–5 in a leadership role.
• Experience in manufacturing, construction, home improvement, or related premium category.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop West region Sales Executives.
• Own regional budgets, KPIs, and action plans for performance.
• Identify new business opportunities and channels to expand the customer base.
• Collaborate with marketing on regional campaigns and lead generation.
• Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and budgets to leadership.
• Travel regularly to build face-to-face relationships with customers.
