The role emphasizes accurate data input, timely communication with field teams, and adherence to standard procedures. High school diploma and 1–3 years of client service experience are required.

Responsibilities

• Administers clerical processes (e.g., initial service and account setup, pricing changes, account conversions, mass cancellations).
• Follows standard procedures and instructions to accomplish tasks.
• Retrieves information from database and supports special projects.
• Maintains and updates large reports for the department.
• May assist in training colleagues.
• Performs other administrative duties as needed.
