Role Description The Account Manager role is a full-time, on-site position based in Harrisburg, PA. This role is responsible for building and maintaining relationships with customers, managing accounts, and ensuring an excellent customer experience throughout the rental lifecycle. Day-to-day tasks include explaining product features and payment options, processing agreements, handling account inquiries, and following up on past-due accounts in a professional and solutions-focused manner. The Account Manager supports store operations by assisting with merchandising, inventory management, and maintaining a clean and safe showroom. This role also collaborates with coworkers to meet sales and service goals, contributes to local marketing efforts, and upholds Rent-A-Center’s service standards and company policies.
