Job summary

Rentokil North America, Inc. is seeking a detail-oriented Data Entry / Billing Admin to support accurate billing, rebate processing, and service-tracking tasks. The role requires strong data management across Excel and Google Sheets, plus experience with customer portals.

The successful candidate will handle account creation, rebate matching, and weekly reporting to ensure timely billing and data integrity. On-site California location with full-time hours and benefits.

Qualifications

• Education as stated: high school diploma or equivalent; associate degree or equivalent years of experience.
• Proven experience in administrative support or data entry or reporting roles.
• Experience managing and comparing large data sets across multiple platforms.

Responsibilities

• Billing account creation in the system to ensure accurate customer records.
• Billing rebate management: compare data across spreadsheets and systems and log matches.
• Portal management: monitor national account portals for technician activity.
• Work order oversight: flag incomplete work orders for follow-up.
• Reporting: prepare and distribute weekly spreadsheets for supervisors.
