Job summary

Allegion seeks a National Account Manager for The Home Depot, driving account strategy, revenue growth, and merchant relationships across HomeDepot.com and Pro channels. You will lead commercial negotiations, PLRs, and promotional roadmaps, partnering with Field Teams to ensure flawless in-store execution and compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain, Finance, or related discipline.
• 3–5+ years of account management, retail sales, or commercial e-commerce experience.
• Experience with The Home Depot channels is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Account Strategy & Customer Relationship Management: manage HomeDepot.com and Pro channels, negotiate and plan promotions.
• Store Execution & Field Collaboration: support in-store merchandising, bay integrity, and POS execution.
• Commercial Negotiations & Financial Performance: lead pricing, promotional funding, and contract terms.
• Data Analytics, Reporting & Cross-Functional Alignment: provide POS trends, SKU performance, and margin analytics.
