CJ Schwan’s is seeking a National Account Manager to lead sales and growth strategies for key customers in the Mountain & West region. You will manage a portfolio exceeding $40 million annually and build strategic partnerships to maximize sales and profitability.

The role requires strong leadership, joint business planning, and cross-functional collaboration with marketing, sales, and field teams. Travel up to 25% with a home-based office setup.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 7+ years in sales, national accounts, or category management in the CPG food industry.
• Strong leadership and strategic planning skills.
• Proven experience managing trade spend and promotions.
• Experience working cross-functionally.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic relationships with key customers and drive profitable growth and execution of annual plans.
• Build and deliver joint business plans including pricing, promotions, and assortment strategy.
• Negotiate contracts and ensure alignment with trade and pricing guidelines.
• Develop division-level account plans with clear strategies and measurable outcomes.
• Partner cross-functionally to align marketing, sales, and field execution.
• Support and guide field sales teams on initiatives, events, and issue resolution.
• Analyze performance, identify opportunities, and optimize promotions.
