New York Life Insurance Co. Group Benefit Solutions seeks a National Account Executive to oversee strategic management of large national accounts, drive revenue through consultative partnerships, and ensure persistency, profitability, and customer satisfaction. Travel up to 25% is required.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
• Minimum 5 years in Account Management or Underwriting.
• Group Life & Health Sales License required.
• Financial and analytical acumen with strong presentation skills.
• Competitive market insight into group insurance products and strategies – Absence, Life, and Supplemental Health.

Responsabilidades

• Strategic Account Management: manage engagement process, build trust-based relationships, and advise clients.
• Book of Business Management: develop annual plans to meet persistency, profitability, renewals, and referrals.
• Pre-Sale and Sales Support: participate in pre-sale meetings and strengthen producer relationships.
• Implementation & Onboarding Oversight: lead onboarding and coordinate cross-functional teams.
• Service Administration & Issue Resolution: oversee service requests and maintain client communication.
• Ongoing Client & Producer Engagement: lead quarterly client meetings and pursue cross-sell opportunities.
• Renewal Strategy & Execution: coordinate renewals and leverage trends for insights.
