Job summary

Porch Group is seeking a National Account Agency Activation Coordinator to re-engage dormant and low-producing National Accounts in HOA/Porch's book of business. The role emphasizes high-volume outbound outreach and persistent, agent-specific engagement.

Responsibilities include daily calls, targeting based on history, and coordinating with Agency Relationship Managers. Requires strong English communication and CRM proficiency; remote work with US business hours is supported.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor’s degree a plus but not required.
• Property & Casualty insurance license preferred but not required.
• 1+ years of experience in high-volume outbound calling, telesales, collections, or dial-heavy environments.
• Demonstrated resilience with high call volumes and persistent outreach.
• Strong verbal communication skills in English for quick rapport building.
• Comfort using CRM/dialer software and logging activity in real time.
• Creative, persistent outreach approach across multiple angles/channels.
• Willingness to learn independent-agent insurance distribution.

Responsibilities

• Place a high volume of daily outbound calls to dormant/low-producing agents.
• Identify and prioritize targets based on production history and reactivation potential.
• Reintroduce agents to products, incentives, campaigns, and support resources.
• Log calls, outcomes, and responses in the CRM/dialer platform.
• Meet or exceed KPIs for call volume, contact rate, and reactivations.
• Escalate to Agency Relationship Manager for agents with renewed momentum.
• Provide feedback to leadership on objections and trends.
