Job summary

Porch Group is seeking an MSP Recruiter I to actively recruit moving service providers for our PMG program. This remote position, employed via RemoFirst in Colombia, requires strong sales and recruitment skills and the ability to work with global and US teams.

You will qualify MSPs, drive onboarding, and maintain data across systems while representing Porch Group professionally and supporting cross-department collaboration.

Qualifications

• 6 months of experience in business development.
• 6 months of experience in lead generation.
• 6 months of experience in cold calling.
• 6 months of experience in negotiation of rates or pricing.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Qualify potential MSPs and ensure onboarding guidelines are met.
• Sell services to MSPs, including warm leads and cold calls.
• New MSP onboarding and input of MSPs’ information into software.
• Answer incoming calls from MSPs and respond to requests.
• Maintain KPI metrics for phone support and scheduling.
• Be responsive in Slack and coordinate with PMG teams.
• Collaborate with all departments and represent PMG positively.
• Support PMG’s mission, vision and values in daily tasks.
