Crunch Care is a remote‑first childcare staffing company seeking an experienced nanny placement professional with sales acumen. You will build client relationships, conduct consultative calls, and guide families through the placement process, earning commissions and bonuses based on performance.

The role offers a $50,000 base salary with monthly commissions and quarterly bonuses, targeting $65,000–$80,000 annually, plus uncapped earning potential.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of professional experience with long-term nanny placements at a childcare or nanny placement agency.
• Experience conducting client consultations and converting inquiries into paying clients.
• Strong sales skills, including discussing pricing, handling objections, and confidently closing business.
• Excellent phone communication skills and a genuine enjoyment of speaking with clients throughout the day.
• Experience recruiting caregivers and managing the placement process.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and consistent follow-through.

Responsabilités

• Connect with prospective families through incoming inquiries, phone calls, and proactive outreach.
• Conduct personalized consultations to understand each family's childcare needs.
• Confidently explain our services, discuss pricing, answer questions, and guide clients toward making a decision.
• Follow up with prospective clients and convert inquiries into paying customers.
• Build lasting client relationships that lead to successful placements, repeat business, and referrals.
• Manage your sales pipeline and work toward individual revenue and conversion goals.
• Source, interview, and recruit qualified childcare professionals.
• Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines across multiple markets.
• Match caregivers with families based on their specific needs and preferences.
• Coordinate interviews and guide clients and candidates through the placement process.
• Oversee screening, references, background checks, and placement requirements.
• Deliver an exceptional experience from the initial consultation through successful placement.
• Work closely with our recruiting, scheduling, and leadership teams.
• Communicate proactively, stay engaged, and contribute to a highly collaborative remote environment.
• Take initiative, solve problems, and manage your responsibilities with minimal supervision.
• Bring ideas and solutions that help improve our processes, client experience, and overall results.
