Role offers an earning potential of $85,000 to $150,000+ per year with commission-based rewards. Must be comfortable with high-volume outreach, days, evenings, and weekend hours, and collaborate with staff to meet shared goals.

Qualifications

• 3 years of direct sales experience.
• Experience with CRM programs.
• Experience with Google Docs and Google Sheets.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Make 125+ outgoing calls to candidates weekly and conduct 10+ interviews.
• Handle inbound calls from clients and educate them about services and fees.
• Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications.
• Learn recruitment software through in-house training.
• Source and recruit candidates via databases and social media.
• Screen resumes and applications, conduct interviews using reliable tools, and use the company calendar.
• Assess knowledge, skills, and experience of applicants.
• Act as an account manager and build relationships with clients and candidates during selection.
