The ideal candidate brings 3+ years in sales or recruiting, excels at phone outreach and virtual interviews, and can manage a robust pipeline in a collaborative Split Placement Network.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of sales and/or recruiting experience.
• Commission-based sales experience preferred.
• Strong phone, communication, and closing skills.
• Highly organized with excellent follow-through.
• Comfortable speaking with high-profile and high-net-worth clients.
• Strong computer skills.
• Experience with Google Docs and Google Sheets.
• Comfortable learning CRM/ATS software.
• Self-motivated with a strong take-charge attitude.
• Experience with nanny, domestic staffing, household staffing, executive recruiting, or high network clientele is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Source, screen, and interview candidates.
• Review resumes and applications.
• Match qualified candidates with open positions.
• Manage client and candidate relationships throughout the placement process.
• Collaborate with recruiters on split placements.
• Maintain accurate CRM/ATS records.
• Follow agency Standard Operating Practices.
• Participate in daily team communication and meetings.
