EMCD is a global crypto technology company seeking a Marketing Lead to drive growth across the USA, LATAM, and CIS markets. In this hands-on role, you will own go-to-market strategies, customer acquisition, and marketing performance, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver measurable business results.

The role focuses on developing and executing GTM plans, testing new growth channels, leading product launches, and building data-driven processes to optimize CAC, ROI, and conversions.

Formación

• 5+ years in marketing, growth marketing, or product marketing.
• Experience in crypto, Bitcoin mining, fintech, or hardware/infrastructure industries.
• Proven track record in performance marketing, demand generation, and customer acquisition with measurable results.
• Strong analytical skills with CAC, LTV, ROI, funnels, attribution, and dashboards.
• Experience developing and executing marketing strategies across international markets.
• Proactive, hands-on approach with ownership and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for mining products across the USA, LATAM, and CIS.
• Drive customer acquisition and lead generation with Sales and Business Development teams.
• Identify, test, and scale new growth channels and marketing opportunities.
• Lead marketing launches for new mining products and features, including positioning and channel strategy.
• Strengthen brand presence across mining media, industry communities, and digital channels.
• Manage marketing budgets and optimize CAC, ROI, and conversion rates across regions and channels.
• Build data-driven marketing processes with attribution, funnel analytics, CRM tracking, and dashboards.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver integrated marketing initiatives.
• Develop retention, reactivation, and upsell initiatives with CRM for miner engagement.
• Track and report key marketing metrics and business results to senior leadership.
