Job summary

DuPont seeks an experienced Sales Manager to lead the North America commercial organization for its Specialty Lubricants & Additives business. The role focuses on accelerating growth for Molykote and Multibase, expanding distributor channels, and strengthening relationships with OEMs and end users.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years of commercial leadership in lubricants, a proven record of expanding distributor networks, and the ability to travel up to 60% across North America to drive

Qualifications

• 10+ years of commercial leadership experience within the specialty lubricants, additives, or adjacent industrial markets.
• Proven experience managing distributor networks, strategic accounts, and OEM relationships.
• Strong business development skills with a track record of identifying and converting growth opportunities.
• Experience leading geographically dispersed teams and building high-performance commercial organizations.
• Strong understanding of industrial lubricants, specialty greases, silicone lubricants, synthetic lubricants, and value-based selling.

Responsibilities

• Drive growth of Molykote and Multibase portfolios through strategic customer engagement and market development.
• Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing sales organization across North America.
• Develop and execute the North America commercial strategy aligned with global priorities.
• Expand and strengthen distributor partnerships while optimizing channel performance.
• Transform and strengthen channels by executing performance metrics and mutual action plans.
• Build and execute strategic account plans for key customers, OEMs, distributors, and end users.
• Partner with Product Management, Marketing, Technical Service, and Operations to accelerate growth and improve outcomes.
