Job summary

Composites One LLC is seeking a seasoned Business Development Manager for Advanced Resins. You will drive growth by partnering with Product, Commercial, and Technical teams, owning strategic plans and customer relationships.

The role requires deep technical knowledge of Advanced Resins (pDCPD, Epoxy, Curatives, Urethanes) and the ability to train teams while aligning internal stakeholders to growth initiatives. Remote with frequent travel.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Composites or Chemical Engineering or related field.
10+ years in technical/business development, B2B marketing, or composites/Chemical Engineering.
Ability to develop and execute growth strategies and drive customer needs.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and data translation skills.
Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute annual business development plans for the Advanced Resins line.
Create market plans to support Product Marketing and coordinate with internal stakeholders.
Recommend pricing strategies to improve profitability and market share.
Build and maintain key customer and supplier relationships to drive revenue.
Provide technical and commercial support to Sales Managers and customers.
Deliver technical training and supporting tools for commercial teams.
