Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related technical discipline.
• Minimum 3 years of 5-38 kV Metal-Clad switchgear engineering design experience.
• Experience working in a manufacturing or plant operations environment.
• Must be able to travel up to 25% to interface with customers and sites.
• No immigration sponsorship or CPT/OPT/STEM OPT support for this position.

Responsibilities

• Provide 5-38 kV Metal-Clad switchgear design support to PCD customers.
• Enhance and maintain the OEM Drawing Portal and interpret customer specifications.
• Develop customer UL presentations to illustrate fastest methods to obtain broad ratings.
• Provide pre- and post-sale technical support for the Americas region.
• Analyze customer designs and testing data to improve success rates.
