Zusammenfassung

Syms Strategic Group (SSG) seeks an experienced Full Stack Developer (MUMPS) for a 100% remote, U.S.-based role with the Veterans Affairs department. The position requires a Public Trust (MBI) and 10+ years in software testing, QA, or system validation. You will support testing across HL7, FHIR, and EDI transactions in legacy healthcare systems.

Applicants must be U.S. citizens and able to obtain security clearance.

Qualifikationen

• 10+ years of software testing, quality assurance, or system validation experience.
• Experience testing MUMPS/InterSystems Cache healthcare apps.
• Knowledge of HL7, FHIR, HIPAA EDI transactions.
• Experience creating detailed test plans, scripts, and cases.
• Ability to lead testing efforts and mentor junior testers.
• U.S. Citizenship and ability to obtain clearance.

Aufgaben

• Support testing for mission-critical healthcare applications in MUMPS/Cache.
• Develop and execute comprehensive test plans and scripts.
• Validate software changes, defects, and system upgrades.
• Perform functional, integration, regression, UAT, and end-to-end testing.
• Collaborate with developers, analysts, product owners, and users.
• Analyze logs, triage defects, and track testing metrics.
• Validate VistA/FileMan integrations and healthcare interfacing.
• Contribute to CI/CD pipelines and test automation where applicable.
