Syms Strategic Group, LLC (SSG) is seeking a talented Full Stack Developer (MUMPS) for a 100% remote role supporting Veterans Affairs (VA) healthcare IT systems. The position requires hands-on testing in MUMPS/InterSystems Cache and strong knowledge of HL7/FHIR healthcare interoperability.

Qualifications

• Experience testing healthcare/government systems in regulated environments.
• Proven ability to design test plans, cases, scripts and test data.
• Strong collaboration with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Support testing for mission-critical healthcare applications in MUMPS/InterSystems Cache.
• Develop and execute test plans, cases, scripts, and procedures.
• Validate data integrity and healthcare interoperability (HL7, FHIR, EDI).
• Participate in beta/IOC testing and coordinate issue resolution.
• Lead testing efforts and mentor junior testers.
